\"SPCK<\/a>Coins for Change is the latest way to support the mission of SPCK\/USA of “Promoting Christian Knowledge” all over the world. During the last three years SPCK\/USA has provided more than $6,000 dollars in grants to parishes and missions in Cuba hoping to host a Vacation Bible School. In 2015, 300 children were served in seven parishes. In 2016, that number doubled to 600 children in 14 parishes. Coins for Change is making a difference in the lives of children all across Cuba.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Our vision is for each participating parish to introduce this initiative as part of their Christian formation programs. Parishes of all sizes are encouraged to use our lesson plan, make their own Coins for Change bank, and get involved in the mission.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

For generations, Cuba prohibited religious education. Thousands of adults and now their children have never heard the Gospel of Jesus. The Episcopal Church in Cuba is on the front line of evangelism and you can be a part of that effort. Our goal is to raise $25,000 dollars over the next three years. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL CUBA <\/span><\/h3>\n

Each year, the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge works to help Episcopal parishes in Cuba host a Vacation Bible School by providing grants of <\/span>up to $200.00. In a single summer we have been able to support 14 VBS camps that served more than 600 students. Campers sang songs, played games, listened to stories, prayed, did arts and crafts, and made memories that will last a lifetime. For many of them, it was their first introduction to Jesus Christ.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Through the work of your Christian education program, and others like it across the country, children whom you\u2019ve never met will hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and learn just how much God loves them. We look forward to working with you as we support the mission of the Episcopal Church to \u201crestore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n
